The crossbar comes in four sections, each of which is approximately 80cm in length, Two of the crossbar sections feature an opening, large enough to insert a standard 5/8 inch spigot stud, which enables it to be used with virtually any light stand that you may already own (we recommend heavy-duty light stands if using it with heavier backgrounds).
