Simply insert the head of your speedlite into the S-R2 adapter, then adjust the clamp to hold the S-R2 adapter firmly and securely onto the head of your flash. The S-R2 adapter features a cut-out which allows for the AD200ProII Speedlite/Fresnel head to efficiently dissipate any excess heat without obstruction. This allows you to shoot for longer, without your AD200Pro II overheating.
