The QR-P60T-G Honeycomb Grid is designed for use with the , enabling you to restrict the spread of light, producing images with more contrast. It also prevents light from spilling onto areas of your set that you don’t want the light to hit, such as on your background, etc. The QR-P60T-G Grid also reduces the likelihood of getting lens flare if the light is pointed toward the camera. Control the Spread of Light

This QR-P60T-G Honeycomb Grid (sometimes known as an Egg-Crate) attaches the inner rim of your QR-P60T deep parabolic softbox using a hook and loop fastening system. It is used to restrict the spread of light, preventing light from spilling onto areas of the set where you don’t want the light to fall, such as in the background when you are shooting a low-key image.

Reduces the Likelihood of Lens flare

The Honeycomb Grid can also be used to reduce the likelihood of getting lens flare in your image if your softbox is pointed toward the camera (note: will not prevent lens flare if the light source is pointed directly at the camera).
