To Control Light Spread

This P120-G Honeycomb Grid (sometimes known as an Egg-Crate) attaches the inner rim of your Godox QR-P120 Parabolic Softbox using a hook and loop fastening system. It is used to restrict the spread of light, preventing light from spilling onto areas of the set where you don’t want the light to fall, such as in the background when you are shooting a low-key image.

Reduces the Likelihood of Lens flare

This Godox P120-G Honeycomb Grid can also be used to reduce the likelihood of getting lens flare in your image if your softbox is pointed toward the camera (note: will not prevent lens flare if the light source is pointed directly at the camera).
