The GODOX LC-G40 Honeycomb Grid is designed for use with the GODOX LC1000Bi, and LC1000R LED Light Wands. Running the entire length of the LC1000- Series Light's active light area, the LC-G40 narrows the spread of light, preventing it from spilling onto areas of the set at you don’t want it to, and provides you with more directionality to your lighting than the LC1000 Series LED light alone.
Control the Spread of Light
The LC-G40 Honeycomb Grid (also known as an Egg-Crate) attaches to your LC1000Bi, or LC1000R LED Light Stick, and restricts the spread of light, preventing light from spilling onto areas that you don’t want the light to fall, such as on the background when you are shooting a low-key image. It can also help with preventing lens flare.
The LC-G40 Eggcrate Grid is an essential accessory for owners of either the LC1000Bi, or LC1000R LED light Sticks, to add more versatility to your lighting, giving you more control over the spread and direction of light, opening up a whole new world of possibilities.
