VICO 1.97 Eye Protect

The BM-H245 production monitor features a QLED panel with a Quantum Dot layer that alters the LED spectrum, resulting in a reduction of blue light and a balanced R/G/B peak. This promotes equal stimulation of cone cells and can effectively reduce visual fatigue.

The VICO (Visual Health and Comfort) test scores 1.97, ranking in the A class, to safeguard your eyes during prolonged video editing or broadcast studio production.

HDR/SDR EOTFs and Color Gamut Selection

The BM-H245 boasts numerous advanced features such as HLG (Hybrid Log Gamma), Dolby Vision PQ, SONY S-Log3 HDR, and a range of EOTFs including Gamma 1.0/1.8/2.2/2.4/2.6 for SDR. Users can also select from multiple colour gamut options, including LCD native, REC.709, DCI-P3, and REC.2020.

Payload ID Auto Setting

The monitor will automatically configure HDR/SDR EOTFs, colour gamut, input range, colour space, and colour depth based on the payload ID information provided.

Multi CG & EOTF Viewing

This production monitor allows users to copy 1 input source to 4 windows and display various HDR/SDR and colour gamuts at the same time, providing an accurate reference for HDR and SDR production.

3DLUT Auto Self-Calibration

The BM-H245 23.8-inch 4K Input Ready Production Monitor features built-in 3DLUT calibration software and supports X-rite i1 and Jeti Specbos 1211 probes. With a quick and accurate calibration process of only 15-45 minutes, this monitor promises a colour difference of ∆E≤1.0, ensuring precise colour representation for your production needs.

HDR/SDR De-log LUTs

The monitor features built-in multi-camera logs for HLG1000, PQ1000, or Rec 709 SDR conversion LUTs, such as Log-C, C-log, S-log2, S-log3, V-log, J-log1, RedLogFilm, and more. User LUTs can also be uploaded to the monitor via USB disk, with support for 17x17x17 3DLUT cube files.

Multiple Video Analysis Patterns

Audio Patterns

This production monitor features up to 16 channels of embedded audio meters and the ability to output any 2 channels of audio through the speaker or 3.5mm headphone socket.

In addition, BM-H monitors are compatible with Lissajous figures and can display 5.1 and 7.1 surround sound patterns.

Eye Pattern

Its integrated eye pattern aids with evaluating the quality of input video transmission through an SDI cable, specifically the 12GSDI quality.

Webserver IP Remote Control

The BM-H245 allows for remote control via a web server through an Ethernet LAN connection. Simply use a computer web browser to access the monitor's control panel, where you can easily select input sources, adjust picture settings, configure video/audio functions, and assign function keys, without the need for any additional applications.

 Power Supply

The BM-H245 production monitor accepts a power consumption of 60W, with compatibility for both AC 100-240V and 4-pin XLR DC 12-17V input. Additionally, it features a V-mount battery plate on the back panel, with an optional Gold mount available.
